Who are the teachers?
Our academy is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and our teachers are Bangladeshi. We have male and female teachers, including Hafiz and Hafiza, and an English language coach. Each teacher's name and role are on our About Us page. Classes are mostly in Bangla, with English-speaking teachers for students who need English. You can ask for a male or female teacher when you book, subject to availability.
What happens in the free trial class?
The free trial class lasts up to 1 hour. Your child meets the teacher on Google Meet, the teacher listens to your child read, finds the level and suggests where to begin. How do reports and monitoring work?
Teachers send a daily report on each student, and guardians receive a monthly progress report. Every class is live on Google Meet and is monitored, and our teachers meet every week to discuss student feedback. This way you are not guessing how your child is doing.
Is it only for families in Bangladesh?
No. We teach Bangladeshi children and adults in Bangladesh and in many countries abroad, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Classes are held at a time that suits your family's time zone. Since we are a Bangladeshi academy, children learn from teachers who understand their culture, and many classes are in Bangla.
