Welcome to Learn Al Quran Online BD ("Academy", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing our website, registering for any course, enrolling in any class, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Our Academy
Learn Al Quran Online BD is an online Islamic learning platform dedicated to providing quality Quran education to students in Bangladesh and around the world through live online classes.
Our courses include, but are not limited to:
Smart Maktab Learning
Tajweed Master Course
Complete Nazera Quran
Complete Hifzul Quran
Adult Quran Learning
English Speaking
Classes are conducted through online platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
2. Eligibility
Anyone may apply for admission to our academy.
Students under the age of 18 must obtain permission from their parents or legal guardian before enrolling in any course.
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate.
3. Free Demo Class
To help students make an informed decision before enrollment, Learn Al Quran Online BD offers one complimentary demo class.
Each new student is entitled to one free demo class only.
Participation in a demo class does not guarantee admission.
Students are encouraged to evaluate the teaching method, instructor, and course structure before making any payment.
4. Admission Policy
Admission is confirmed only after:
Completing the registration process.
Providing accurate personal information.
Paying the applicable admission fee.
Receiving confirmation from the Academy.
Admission may be refused if:
False information is submitted.
Required documents are incomplete.
The student violates Academy policies.
The Academy determines that enrollment is not appropriate.
5. Admission Fee
An admission fee is required for all new students.
The admission fee is generally non-refundable.
However, if a student requests cancellation immediately after admission and has not attended any regular class, the Academy may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund of up to 50% of the admission fee.
Once a student attends any regular class after admission, the admission fee becomes completely non-refundable.
The Academy reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on individual circumstances.
6. Monthly Tuition Fee
Students are required to pay the monthly tuition fee on time.
Monthly fees are due on or before the 5th day of each month.
Tuition fees vary depending on the selected course.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of classes.
Students with outstanding fees may continue attending classes only during the current billing month.
If payment is not received before the next billing cycle begins, the Academy may suspend classes until all outstanding fees are cleared.
7. Payment Methods
Payments may currently be made through:

Additional payment methods such as online payment gateways may be introduced in the future.
Students are responsible for ensuring that payments are made only to the official payment accounts provided by Learn Al Quran Online BD.
The Academy is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect or unauthorized accounts.
8. Refund Policy
Admission Fee
Admission fees are generally non-refundable except under the limited circumstances described in Section 5.
Monthly Tuition
Monthly tuition fees are generally non-refundable once classes have commenced.
Refunds may be considered if:
The Academy permanently cancels a course.
The Academy is unable to continue providing the course.
Exceptional circumstances arise solely due to the Academy.
Whenever possible, the Academy may provide recovery classes instead of issuing refunds.
Duplicate Payments
If a student accidentally makes a duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
9. Class Schedule
Class schedules depend on:
Course type
Batch availability
Student availability
Teacher availability
The Academy reserves the right to modify schedules whenever necessary.
Students will be informed of schedule changes as early as reasonably possible.
10. Online Class Policy
All classes are conducted online through Zoom, Google Meet, or other approved platforms.
Students are responsible for having:
A stable internet connection.
A working smartphone, tablet, or computer.
A functioning microphone and speaker/headphones.
A quiet learning environment.
The Academy is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet failure, electricity outages, or device malfunction.
11. Attendance Policy
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time.
Regular attendance is essential for effective learning.
Students who cannot attend a class should notify the Academy beforehand whenever possible.
Repeated absence without prior notice may affect eligibility for recovery classes.
12. Recovery (Make-up) Classes
Student Absence
If a student misses a class due to a valid reason and informs the Academy in advance, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange a recovery class.
Recovery classes are not guaranteed and depend on teacher availability.
Teacher Absence
If a teacher cannot conduct a scheduled class:
Students will be notified as early as possible.
A replacement teacher may be assigned where feasible.
Otherwise, a recovery class will be arranged.
Students will not lose any paid class due to teacher-related cancellations.
13. Class Recording Policy
To protect the privacy of teachers and students, students are strictly prohibited from:
Recording classes.
Screen recording.
Taking screenshots for distribution.
Broadcasting classes live.
Sharing class content without permission.
Violation of this policy may result in suspension or permanent termination.
The Academy may record classes for educational purposes.
Recorded sessions may be shared only with enrolled students through secure official channels.
14. Student Responsibilities
Students agree to:
Attend classes respectfully.
Follow teacher instructions.
Join classes on time.
Maintain proper Islamic manners.
Keep login credentials confidential.
Use only their registered account.
Provide accurate information.
Pay tuition fees on time.
Respect teachers and fellow students.
Students must not engage in behavior that disrupts the learning environment.
15. Code of Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Abusive language
Harassment
Bullying
Discrimination
Threatening teachers or students
Sharing inappropriate content
Disrupting online classes
Cheating
Using another student's account
Allowing others to attend classes using their account
The Academy reserves the right to take disciplinary action against any student violating these rules.
16. Account Suspension and Termination
The Academy may suspend or permanently terminate a student's account if the student:
Violates these Terms.
Behaves inappropriately.
Share login credentials.
Records classes without permission.
Fails to pay tuition fees.
Uses abusive language.
Attempts to damage the Academy's systems or reputation.
Warnings may be issued where appropriate, but serious misconduct may result in immediate termination without prior notice.

All Academy materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
