Quran Progress Reports for Parents: Daily and Monthly

At Learn Al Quran Online BD, parents get a daily report on each student from the teacher and a monthly progress report as guardian, and every class is live on Google Meet and monitored. This means you can see what your child learned without sitting through every class. The fee is 5,000 BDT a month, and the first class is a free trial.

When your child learns the Quran online from another country, the hardest part is not the lesson. It is the not knowing. Is my child really learning? Are they keeping up? Is the teacher happy with them? This post explains how we answer those questions every day and every month.

Why do parents need Quran progress reports?

In a mosque class, you can see your child walk in and walk out. Online, the class happens in a room of your home, and many parents are at work or busy with other children. A clear report fills that gap. It tells you three things: what was taught, how your child did, and what to practise next.

What is in the daily report?

The teacher sends a daily report on each student. It is a short note about the class that just ended. A parent can use it to ask their child one simple question that evening, such as: "What did you read today?" Children answer better when they know you have already seen the report.

What is in the monthly progress report?

Guardians receive a monthly progress report. It looks at the whole month rather than one day, so you can see steady progress or notice early if your child needs more help. If something worries you in the report, you can contact us and we will look at it together.

How do monitored classes help?

Every class is held live on Google Meet and is monitored. Reports tell you what happened, and monitoring helps keep the standard of teaching steady. Our teachers also meet every week to talk about student feedback, so a problem noticed in one class is not left alone.

How can you use the reports at home?

  • Read the daily report together with your child for two minutes.
  • Ask one question, not ten. "Can you read me the line you learned today?" works well.
  • Praise effort, not only results. Children keep going when they feel noticed.
  • Use the monthly report to decide if your child needs more revision time, a different teacher or a different course.
  • Tell us if the pace feels wrong. A child who finds it too easy or too hard should hear about it from us early, not late.

Do reports look different for each course?

The focus changes with the course. For a beginner in Online Noorani Qaida, progress is about letters and sounds. In Nazera it is about reading fluently and correctly. In Tajweed it is about the rules of recitation. In Hifz it is about new lessons and revision.

What does it cost?

The fee is 5,000 BDT a month, about 41 USD, for any course and for 3, 4 or 5 days a week. Each class is 1 hour. Reports are part of how we work, and you do not pay extra for them. Read our pricing guide for diaspora parents for a comparison.
