Why Online Learning Suits Families in South Korea

Bangladeshi families in South Korea are often far from a Bangla-speaking Quran teacher, and busy work and school schedules make it hard to travel to classes. Online lessons solve this in three ways:

• Learn from home. Your child studies in your own living room, with no travelling.
• A routine you can keep. Mr. Yusuf Kim, a parent in South Korea, told us online classes made it easier to keep a learning routine despite a busy schedule.
• A teacher from Bangladesh. Our academy is based in Bangladesh, so lessons can be explained in a way your family is comfortable with.

Class Timing: South Korea and Bangladesh

South Korea is 3 hours ahead of Bangladesh. When it is 6:00 PM in Dhaka, it is 9:00 PM in Seoul.

Because of this gap, many families in South Korea choose a class in the morning or early evening Korean time, which falls in the afternoon in Bangladesh when teachers are readily available. We agree a time with you first, and classes run 3, 4 or 5 days a week for 1 hour each. The fee is the same for all three options.

What Your Child Can Learn

You can choose from eight courses, and every one has the same fee:

• Noorani Qaida: the first step for beginners, covering Arabic letters, pronunciation and reading.
• Nazera Quran: learn to read the Holy Quran fluently and correctly.
• Hifzul Quran: memorise the Quran with proper Tajweed and regular practice.
• Quran Tajweed: learn the rules that make recitation correct.
• Smart Maktab: essential Islamic knowledge, daily duas, manners and practices.
• Arabic Language: structured lessons to build a strong foundation in the language.
• Adult Quran Learning: for parents who want to learn too, at their own pace.
• Spoken English: everyday English speaking, vocabulary, pronunciation and confidence.

Most children in South Korea start with the Nazera Quran course, which focuses on reading the Quran correctly, with regular practice between classes.
